Hey guys
Please answer me for this tricky question as so many consultants have their own opinions.
I started my noc b job on oct,14 2019,also currently working with the same company.

I submitted my file in d pool on sep27, 2020 & took 45 days off from the job before 27 Sep, 2020 but got an ITA in Feb21. Technically, when i created and submit my file in pool my experience was less than 1 year but at the time of the ITA it was more than 14 months. What should i do accept the ITA?
Plz provide me any link related to this info.

On October,2019,
My paid experience in noc b started on oct 14, 2019
1. At the time you took off- were you still an employee of the organization where you were working?
2. The experience letter that you plan to attach as proof of employment, will it state anywhere that you were on leave for 45 days?

Yes, i was an employee of the company when i took off. I went to my home country for 40-45 days.

No, they didn’t mention anywhere i took 45 days off and they wrote that i am currently working with XXXX company since october 14,2019.

Its the length of experience at the date of the ITA which is important. 14 months full time (30 hours or more per week) at the time of ITA is fine.

Hello Everyone,

I have 1 question if anyone can answer. While completing express entry profile, "Under work history", Do we need to provide details of work experience we are claiming points for or we need to provide details of every job done in canada?.

Thank you

Hi all,

I need your insight. I had a full-time job for 11 months (September 2019 to July 2020) with my old employer. Now, my old employer connected to me and hired me, but this time on a part-time basis. Now, my question is since I already have 11 months of full-time work experience, can I combine it with my part-time work experience to get the one-year work experience to qualify for CEC? I started working back at my old employer last July, and now I have recorded the following part-time hours I did in the company.

Week 1 - 40 hrs = 30 hrs
Week 2 - 40 hrs = 30 hrs
Week 3 - 18 hrs = 18 hrs
Week 4 -37.5 hrs = 30 hrs
Week 5 - 33.5 hrs = 30 hrs

If I sum up the total part-time work, I would get 138 hrs which is equivalent to 1-month (120 hrs) of full-time work experience. Now, can I combine this with my 11-months full-time work experience? I'm just confused as to whether I qualify for CEC or not. I just need your insight guys.

Thank you, guys.
