CCB (Canada Child Benefit) application declined... Please help!

Hi Guys, Thanks for your insights. I called CRA and got confirmation that it is indeed from the following month my son started living with me. so, in my case its from January 2021.
However, final calculation will be done during first week of March 2021 and hey will let me know via mail.

HI Guys, We have landed on 16th Feb as PR. I have downloaded the CCB forms. As per the CCB form, we have to provide 3 address proofs, but we are new here and only have passports and COPRs with us. Bank accounts just opened so bank statements could take a month to deliver physically.
Please let me know what documents we can attach as newcomers to get CCB.

You essentially have to wait until you're a bit more established and have lease, bills/statements, health card, etc.

I came to Canada as a PR on Jan 2019 and my spouse and kid came to Canada on Feb 2021. I applied for CCB and is approved. But the weird thing is they have calculated CCB amount for the whole year i.e., 2020 to 2021. I believe this is incorrect. I should only get CCB for months feb 2021 and so on right?

Did they ask for proof of your international income for 2020/2021 or did they pay you for all those months? If so, there has clearly been an error and someone neglected to input when your child joined you in Canada.

They asked for the international income for my wife in 2020/2021. She was a housewife so I reported 0.

Also I didn't have any international income and I had income only in Canada.
