In latest 7 pointer email they have also mentioned about the travel document need to carry issued by IRCC. So AL is must for travel but if somebody can check with AirIndia or AC that would be more helpful

Destination mentioned in COPR is Toronto so Vancouver immigration officer will not accept my landing but my doubt is, can we use Vancouver terminal for connecting flights with AL.

These evacuation flights are not for COPR holders. It is mentioned that you need at least one year visa for foreign nationals but COPR holders have only one time visa valid for next 4-6 months. Please correct if i misinterpreted.

They might ask for latest PCC and can do security check again. BTW do somebody knows what is the validity of security check. I saw in some other site, it is mentioned as 48 months.
