CBSA left a note on file

Dear all
This is a follow up on the situation that I have been into lately
I have arrived after being outside Canada for a year but still well within my obligations (4 yrs left on Card expiry) however when I asked the officer to stamp my passport he did with an old date. Instead of the 18th he stamped 15th. I called cbsa today to ammendment it and an officer from pearson checked my records and informed me that he left a note on my file saying that the stamp was done on the 15th while I arrived on the 18th. Could this indicate anything bad or negative? Could this cause any issues at all in the future when I apply for citizenship or will it actually help clear the discrepancy between the stamp date and the actual entry date on the system ?
Could he leave another note to raise a concern like why did he ask for a stamp or something?
Appreciated
I know I have gone through this alot of times but I am at unease and very worried

Relax and don't stress yourself , this is nothing. IRCC no longer relies heavily on stamps as they introduced a bunch of other stuff to check if someone met the residence requirement.

Yes but that note on my file, will that impact anything, they way he said it made it sound bad eventhought when I asked him will It clear the wrong date thing he said yes. I am worried cbsa might look at it as fishy to why a PR asks for a stamp on passport when usually we dont issue stamps

No one on here will know for sure, doesn’t sound like too much of big deal just a few days in between. For your peace of mind, when applying for citizenship give yourself more than the recommended days needed to apply. As the previous person said, there are other means to prove your residency anyways. If a note has been left on file to corroborate the issue then you should be good to go.

Actually the stamp was before my actual arrival so I am asking them to take 3 days off my presence not even add

Yeah , I understood that from the original post. Don’t sweat it, you’ll be fine. The discrepancy is only a few days and the note on file is there for clarification if needed.

Yes I know that but I am actually worried about is the officer pointing out to WHY would I want a stamp when usually passports go without stamping . He cant report anything if I am not in breach right?
