It's been a week that I sent CSE for family composition change and I didnt receive the response yet. Could you guys know what is the average duration to get CSE response ?

It generally takes 2 to 3 weeks for a cse to be accepted . Mine were attached to my file within two weeks .

Sent my CSE for address change. Attached copy of lease agreement. CSE sent on 21 February 2016. No response at all.
I was thinking maybe they update the applicant's file but don't send out any confirmation. Could be wrong though.

I did a CSE for an address change back in January, got an automated response "we received your message", never got an email about the CSE being attached to my application. But a few days ago I've received my GCMS notes and saw that they did update my address.
So it seems they don't always email you about it.

guys, i would like to ask whether any of you submitted a Case Specific Enquiry recently but received no AUTO-generated confirmation email? i have submitted a CSE yesterday but didn't receive any email. thank you.
