Hi JoacRy, just to alleviate some of your worries (that is, if you are worried about it) - that was exactly my situation, and the call center agent told me that they can't do anything for me, too, but that if I did send the CSE, my address will be changed, not to worry.JoacRy said:Hi, don't know if this helps anyone else. I did not ask if they do not reply to the applicant for 'Address changes only' or every single CSE issue.

Either way, it makes me question what the role of the call centre staff is. Seems like they cannot tell you anything.
A couple weeks after that I got my GCMS notes that I ordered prior to the call, and my address was indeed changed to the new one, so I think you're okay.
