Hi, don't know if this helps anyone else. Today I called CIC and asked as to whether my CSE (sent over 30 days ago) regarding a change of address had been updated. The phone rep told me she could not access my file. She also said that as it was just an address change I will not receive a reply, and my address update will be recorded in my file.

I did not ask if they do not reply to the applicant for 'Address changes only' or every single CSE issue.

Hope this helps some forum members at least.

Either way, it makes me question what the role of the call centre staff is. Seems like they cannot tell you anything.

Hi JoacRy, just to alleviate some of your worries (that is, if you are worried about it) - that was exactly my situation, and the call center agent told me that they can't do anything for me, too, but that if I did send the CSE, my address will be changed, not to worry.
A couple weeks after that I got my GCMS notes that I ordered prior to the call, and my address was indeed changed to the new one, so I think you're okay.

Relevant to my concerns so tagging this thread. Raised CSE (FBI PCC) a few days ago and also emailed the same to CPC-CTD-ottawa address. For what it's worth, bckg check went to "In Progress" from "Not needed at this time" today. I doubt the documents I sent have been attached to my file yet. They're probably just reviewing the additional docs I submitted a couple of weeks ago. Best wishes to all.

I see there is no direct reachable number to Delhi VO office. if anyone has can you please share ?

Well, not much)) Med check is the only check that is passed, but I knew that already from myCIC. Security, criminality and even eligibility are not started yet.
There were, however, notes from two agents, from the initial check they do at the very beginning, that concluded in my application passing R10.
The notes also say my file was last updated January 13, that's probably the address change CSE.

From what I understand, the outland FSW applications that are processed in Ottawa pass the R10 check and med check, and then are set aside while they work on previous months' applications. By the time the application hits 5th month, they start actually working on it, with eligibility and BG checks.

I want to point out that my CSE response took roughly 11 days, and then another week before my request was processed, andI was granted a second extension that I was seeking.

I got a response for my case specific enquiry asking me to upload following documents which I didnt get what to upload. They enabled upload option in my existing account :

1) Proof of Pemanent Residence Application Submission document
2) RPRF document
3) Employment reference letter - my wife is not working

and they didnt ask me to upload Medicals for my wife.

Please help.

upload what you have (proof of payment , marriage certificate , and all the forms filled and signed by you are your wife refer to my previous post for what all forms needs to be filled)
include the upfront medical report and a LOE explaining that your wife is homemaker and is not working and just needs to be added to the application. also include your wifes passport copy and PCC it will help with the process
