Case Specific Enquiry - Manila

Dear all,

I have tried emailing the Embassy of Canada in Manila but have yet to receive any response from them 2 weeks after my email. Has anyone here used the Case Specific Enquiry form and got a response immediately?

I read that enquiries should be sent only once. I don't want to push too much my inquiries.

Hi There,

About 2 months ago I used the case specific and got a reply from visa office 2 days after query submitted. The time in response varies from visa office..
