How fast was the answer from Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa?

I was requested to send some docs. I have sent them... so... in your experience how much time do I have to wait before I get news from them?

If you provide your file number, UCI and sent an email to them, they will reply soon. I sent an email asking if they received my docs and they replied in 2 - 3 days.

Did you mention the file number in the subject?
My Email had File number in the subject.... Also i sent it as a Reply to their Email.
Content was like this:
Dear Officer,
My name is xxx.. I have applied for PR under CEC. My application number is: xxxxx, my UCI is xxxxx.. On your letter dated xxxxx, you had requested for RCMP records.
I sent it to you on xxxxx date. Kindly request you to acknowledge the receipt of the same.

Thankyou.

I got a reply in 2 to 3 days.

Yes they reply email's very fast 3 days, I was wondering more about documents sent in original...
Do you think is the same time as documents in paper?

My file has been open for 13 months now, a month a go they ask me for more docs, I have sent them... so what do you think?

Sorry, i did not understand your question. Are you looking for a MAIL reply from them? Or are you waiting for the next steps, like AOR, Medical request?
Either case, i am not sure. They are following some pattern, which i am not quite sure...

I think it is a positive sign, as they have been straight refusing applications for missing documents, this means they want to approve you or else they woudl just refuse your case and use a stupid excuse for it like what has been happening with some of our peers.

When did you check with them after sending your docs ? I sent them my docs and checked after a week. They replied that it would take 10 business days to process the request. Any suggestions ?
