I will apply for FSW2.
I have question regarding the mail address I need to send my documents.

I am coming from Macedonia and the visa office responsible for my country is Vienna Austria.

Am I correct in assuming that I have to send my documents to Sydney, Nova Scotia, and latter they will transfer them to Vienna?

Which address should I use for Nova Scotia:

Centralized Intake Office – Federal Skilled Worker (FSW)
P.O. BOX 7500
Sydney, NS B1P 0A9
Canada

or

Courier address
Centralized Intake Office
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS B1P 5Z2
Canada

I plan to send the documents by DHL.

And on CIC guide 7000 I see this address:

Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
NOC Category or Arranged Employment Category
Primary NOC 2011 Code: XXXX
Centralized Intake Office
PO BOX 7500
Sydney, NS
B1P 0A9
Canada

According to IMM7000, for the arranged employment option, if you are using a Courier, send to:

Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
Offer of Arranged Employment category
Primary NOC 2011 Code: XXXX
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 5Z2
Canada

where XXXX is your NOC.

(oh, and yes, they will forward them eventually to your Visa Office)

Thanks Loncan for the replay.

My NOC is the one that is stated in the LMO, like the NOC that I will work on, or is it the NOC that I plan to claim points from.

I have arranged employment, but I plan on claiming point for is 2147 Computer engineers (except software engineers/designers) experience, which is different from the NOC on the LMO

I think your NOC is probably the one stated on your LMO, since you're not actually applying on the basis of getting in the cap for 2147, rather just getting points for something in the past.
Hopefully someone more experienced than I might be able to confirm / shed more light on that point.
