I got this info

• You will no longer need 12 months of qualifying work experience.
• If you already have at least 6 months of qualifying work experience acquired in Canada or outside Canada.
• You can now also submit work experience that you gained in the 36 months before you submitted your permanent residence application.
• You should carefully gather and review your documents before submitting them to us. We will make a final decision on your permanent residence application based on the information you have submitted.
• You will still have 36 months after we issue your occupation-restricted open work permit to provide us proof of your work experience in support of your permanent residence application.

The last bullet point is confusing. So I applied for Gaining Experience PR on Jan 1 2024 (I have open work permit that time with 6 months work experience as child care provider inside Canada). Then I sent an update to webform about my work experience. Is the next step for PR or they will still give me 36 months occupation-restricted open work permit? Hope someone can help.

Do you know how can I get T4 for six months as I arrived in March and when I complete six months experience there won't be the time to apply for annual tax yet

Your employer will give you your T4. It is usually for the period of Jan to Dec of the year. Mostly given between jan-feb of the following year. So, if you just started at March 2024 you'll get your T4 by Jan 2025, I believe you should still be able to update cic that you have completed the required min work experience, only if you have applied for PR gaining experience on Jan 1, 2024.

I did , but I heard you don’t print and sign unless they will return your application . I have completed the document but signature is not yet done I can’t even type name on the signature box on the documents . If you are applying from Canada you will know what am

Just paying my PR fees with the initial application of HCCP, I didn't apply any forms or documents for pr because I expect 12 months of work. As I understand in these couple of days although I finish the 6 months experience in SEP but I still should wait almost one year to be able to get the needed documents as T4 and NOA

Just got AOR for my sister-in-law. They also send biometric request and asked for birth and marriage certificates of principal applicant. Applied on January 1st 2024, 11:00 AM (EDT).

The Canadian Immigration Process is very fair, in my opinion. As long as you demonstrate that you fill the requirements for the program you are applying to, and
fill out the forms carefully as instructed, your chances are pretty high.
