Mag-aapply ka din ba ng LMIA? Employer ka din? Ako kc may plans din na kunin kapatid ko sa Middle East as Caregiver ng Anak ko.
So parang same kay Krizzy kc db kapatid nya ung employer nya kaya xa nadeny sa unang app nya. Sana hndi maging ganun ang kapalaran ng mga susunod.

Hi Ask ko lang po kailangan pa ba working experience diva equivalent to 6 months full time student or trAining. We got denied din po as I sponsor my sister, Now got a new employer do u think it will work out this time, family ties ang grounds po
Hi Krizzy denied ung sa kpag is ko 2024 dhil ako ang Employer now May new employer kailangan din ba na working experience as I read before it says equivalent to 6 months full time training or 12 months paid working...the grounds of denial is family ties bla bla bla....is it true caregiver certificate have expiration until 5 years that’s new to me

oo dustin magaaplay ako para sa hipag ko din..so need ko magadvertise 3 methods,.jan palang ang hirap na thts the revision of august 2016 sa processing
nagrevise sila ng processing noong august 2016 kaya mas pinahigpit,.like 3 advertisement method na ang need ngayn,.and i believe pati english requirement hinahanapan din ng ielts,.
basically need namin employer iprove na walang canadian/ permanent residence na qualified,.thats the only way na iaprove application namin

Just so you know, exempted sa LMIA fee na $1,000.00 if yung gross income nyo ng spouse mo is below $150,000.00
I am somehow happy na kasali ako sa exempted sa fee na yan kc malaking tulong na hindi na magbabayad kc db what if negative ung result ng LMIA. But I am hoping for the best, though sabi nila malabong maging employee mo ang kapamilya. Ang importante nmn is to prove to the visa officer na eligible to be caregiver ang kamag-anak with his education and work experience.
Sa BC ako...Nagpost nako ng job posting sa jobbank tsaka workbc.,nagpost din ako sa isang website (getcanadianexperience) kasi wala nako maisip pangatlo...Hindi na required sa each posting na target indigenous, youth, person with disabilities, newcomer.,and iniisip q pa magpost sa monster.ca or something related

we are submitting our lmia application bukas. Dito rin kasi sa alberta. Kami rin kapatid ng asawa ko ang hahire namin. Is it okay if we exchange emails or add mo ako sa messaging app. Maybe you can provide some insights when yours gets approved. I heard kasi in Philippines marami steps gagawin yung kapatid ni ng Asawa ko.Training/orientation, clearance etc. once nakuha ang work permit. Tapos on our end daw, we have to submit the documents like the contract to POLO ( Philippine overseas labor office) in Vancouver? Haaay, nakakastress haha.
