Cardiff University masters ECA

Hi,

I am hoping to find someone from Cardiff University (Alumni/Student) here. For my ECA documentation I reached out to the university but they not responded. I realise due to the prevailing pandemic conditions things are moving slow. However if there is some out here who knows how to get the ECA done from Cardiff University kindly respond.

Additionally, I have a Bachelors (4 year) from Delhi (India) and a Masters (1 year) from Cardiff (United Kingdom), shall I get both my degree assessed by WAS or just the masters. I am aware that their website says, in case of Indians, Masters from abroad 'will probably not need to send bachelor’s degree documents' but I wanted to confirm if someone in a similar situation has done the same.

I am a Cardiff University alumnus (2013) from Nigeria and I did my ECA with WES. I sent my transcript request to
registrysupport@cardiff.ac.uk and I got a response after 3 days that my transcripts have been sent directly to WES (e-copy sent to me as well).
As for ECA for Bachelors, I don't know how it works in India but I'd advise you do it as well just so you have all your qualifications assessed.

Lovely. Which year did you apply for Immigration? I suppose Cardiff Admin is backed up due to Covid, I hope I get a response soon. I had emailed the same address a week ago.

How did you pay for the courier of your documents which Cardiff University sent to WES? And in how much time did WES revert to you with a confirmation of your assessment once they received the docs?

Hi,
I applied for immigration September 2019. You don't need to pay for courier as Cardiff University will do that for you (I think they send it electronically).
It took WES exactly 30 days after confirmation of receipt of documents to revert with my ECA.
