CAQ Processing Time

Got my CAQ issued on the 23rd of May right after I called them. Received the electronic letter on the 24th and the actual paper on the 29th via the post. My best advice would be to call them, they were very helpful. The lady on the phone said that the average processing time is around 25 business day, and since mine was taking more than that she put an internal message to my file. They processed my documents on the same day. Wish I called them earlier!

but its stuck on opening of file dated 06-11-2018

They will update it near the time when they issue your caq. Don't worry about that. They do the same for all including mine.

I did and called them as well 2 days ago. They stated that my file is being processed at the departement and nothing else.

Guys it is been 21 days since my caq went for approval om 19th day they updated the receipt of documents. Do you think it is worth calling them for asking status? I have already called twice because i made a mistake in application which t they changed. Thank you
