So, recently I applied for a CAQ and sent them all the required documents. However, a few days ago my application got an update saying that there are documents missing. Here is what they say:
Missing documents
1. Letter of admission from the Registrar's Office (or the Admissions Office) of the educational institution that you will be attending: - for the letter received was not issued by the Registrar's Office nor by the Admissions Office.
Now, I did send them the admission letter I received from Concordia University via email, so why didn't they accept my application? Concordia does not send hard copies of admission letters via mail so I don't have any. What am I supposed to do?
