Hello All,

Finally. I received my CAQ/LMO from MICC.

I really need help / information regarding getting the WP at the US/CAN Border by doing flagpole. I see online application currently takes 75 days. I don't want to wait for such long if I can drive to the border and get it done sooner. Please advice. Below are my conditions:

Have the approved CAQ/LMO for 2 years (From Dec 11, 2012 - Dec 11, 2014)
My Current OWP expires on March 2014.
My Multiple Entry Visa Expired on July 2012.
I don't have the US Visa. But I just want to do a Flagpole.

Considering my above conditions, please advice:
What all the required documents I will have to take with me?
what are the chances of me getting my Work Permit at the Border?

And I just wanted to share my timelines for CAQ/LMO:
CAQ & LMO documents sent to MICC - September 17, 2012.
MICC send back the documents to sign on CAQ documents - October 12, 2012.
Sent the signed documents back to MICC - October 15, 2012.
The Simplified Treatment for CAQ/LMO was approved - December 11, 2012.

Approximately 2 Months from the date I re-sent the Signed Documents to MICC.

To me, your chance is low. But why not call CBSA to find out. Also why you need to change OWP to a close one?

It's possible. Some info on re-entry with expired visa: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=527&t=16
