Is NOC3012 Sep.19 application safe..? 2173 got capped over night.... makes me worry.

Actually, No one can give you a decisive answer, especially after the capping of NOC 2173, and the impending possibility of NOC 2171 capping. I myself started to feel worried that my NOC 4011 may be capped before October though it seems very unlikely. Anyway, it seems that all September applicants of your NOC are in a safe position.

Two days ago, when 2173 was not *officially* capped, I was quite positive for my 22nd Aug application.
But now I'm totally desperate and could only hope for miracles. :-X

CCs or DDs charged till 30 august for NOC 2173. so u might just get a notification soon if your documents were alright.

Are you sure? The last case reported on this forum for NOC 2173 charging is 13 August!

Currently we only know that completeness check is fulfilled for whole Aug, but that does not mean that all Aug applications will get charged..

Yes, well said, but keep hope, NOC 2173 Cap may include applicants other than those whose CCs were already charged.

Package received by CIC for NOC 2171: August 13, 2014

However I haven’t received any email or any confirmation from them. What are my next steps?

Hmmm.....now this is giving me a tough time...if sep applications for 3012 are worried then what about oct apps...r we safe under 3012 noc?any idea

I don't know if you know the answer to this but I was trying to figure out how long it might take for the whole process before I have to land to CANADA but couldn't find any specific answer to that.

I don't want to move to CA until next 2-3 years, since I have h1B status here in US until 2017.

anyone here who can provide the estimated time frame, if possible ?
