Even though I have provided my ECA and work experience letters, I realized that I had forgot to check the box for these points in the document checklist. This could not be a ground of rejection or return of my application by CIC,correct? CIC will always look at the forms provided to them along with this document checklist to confirm, correct?

My application reached Sydney NS on Oct 1st and on that same day i became father of a baby girl. I want to know at what stage do I need to update CIC about my new born baby? Should I wait for PER before updating the information of my new born baby?

I don't know if you know the answer to this but I was trying to figure out how long it might take for the whole process before I have to land to CANADA but couldn't find any specific answer to that.

I don't want to move to CA until next 2-3 years, since I have h1B status here in US until 2017.

anyone here who can provide the estimated time frame, if possible ?

when you get the canadian visa you will have a few months in hand to move there, but it doesnt mean you have to move and live there. What you can do is go to canada and stay for a few days and then come back to US. This way the canadian residency wont expire. after 2017 you can move to canada on permanent basis.

If you dont land in canada at all then your resident visa will expire.

I'm pretty sure that 3012 is the next Noc in Cap Reached and if not, so the second one. Guys, you r completely forget that 3012 applicants weren't ready at all to apply because the Noc was out for 2 years.
Just look at the numbers in canadavisa spreadsheet.

Take a look at the numbers in the spreadsheet. Choose CIC CAP and try to understand the growth in numbers of applicants over the CIC's official released figures. What Noc grew exponentially over the time and exceeded others?
