Cant fill all fields IMM5669E

Hi
I am trying to fill IMM5669E.pdf but i am having problem with filling up that form. In some of the fields i can write 3 rows and some of them i can write only few digits because the font size is too big what i can do for that please help. that form i downloaded from CIC web site.

Put anything that will not go onto the form on a separate sheet of paper with the form reference and your details on the top of the page.

That happened to me when I filled out. I typed '(Indicated on additional sheet)' in the fields on form and wrote all the information on additional sheet. Make sure the additional sheet you make includes the name of form and the questions you write about.

Put your names on all seperate sheets and state the form name and number, form page number, section name and number and question number.
