Cannot validate IMM5669e due to missing/unknown date

Hi, does anyone know a workaround for this? DOB is unknown, I tried using asterisks but the field does not accept them

Put your best guess as to date of birth - possibly better as a more obviously 'fake' date like 01-01 - and attach a letter of explanation that date of birth is unknown. Of course if you have documents with some date of birth - even erroneous - use that and then provide letter of explanation.

(Leaving aside whether the date of birth in question is critical to the application)
