Cannot open IMM5707 Family Information Form

Hi, thank you for offering this advice, but I have already tried this and it still does not work, it opens an empty form that says 'please wait'

You have to make sure you’re opening it with Adobe and not in the browser. Sometimes saving it in a USB drive helps!

Copy and paste the link into internet explorer, that’s how I download my forms if google chrome doesn’t work.
