Cannot link paper application to online account after 2 months of application being received

Hi!

Just wanted to post my situation here to see if anyone else is experiencing a similar issue.

- I am a Canadian citizen sponsoring my wife from South Korea.
- Our application ""to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2019/06/12"
- Received a UCI and Application Number
- Account was made (by sponsor) through the sign-in partner CIBC
- Tried numerous times to no avail under the "Permanent Residence" tab and the "spouse" category

We were wondering if anyone else is experiencing a similar issue or has experienced this in the past. If so, please let us know and steps we should take, thank you!

I had these issues. If all your information is correct. Then take snapshots of what you have entered. At the end, it gives you the option to get help. Fill out the help form and they will tell you what you have entered incorrectly. Attach the snapshots of what you have entered. It will make things faster.

HELLO EVERYONE, WELL, LET ME TELL YOU
I WAS VERY LOST LINKING THE APPLICATION BUT I GUESS I FOUND THE PROBLEM.
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada are always in contact with the both of you: Sponsor and Principal Applicant. they send emails to you and your spouse but you have to have in mind that there're two different UCI numbers when they send you emails, one is for the sponsor 8 digit number and one for the principal applicant 10 digit number; by checking both emails, and actually when they asked me for police checks I realized they asked me to link the application and send the require documentation using the UCI and application number as it appears at the top of the letter. it is a 10 digit number and it is separated but dashes, then, when filling out the information I put all the principal applicant information including the 10 digit UCI number for me (PRINCIPAL APPLICANT) TAKE OFF THE DASHES and fill out the rest info ... HOPE IT WORKS FOR ALL OF YOU WHO STILL HAVE PROBLEMS

where do I pretend to live
number of applicant 2
it worked! try all this, check all you emails and check the UCI numbers the number of application it is the same...
