Received the AOR a few weeks ago for my mother in laws sponsorship application.

I have tried all sorts of combinations to link the application and whatever I put it says that its not found. I put 2 at the bottom for the number of applicants for my wife (sponsor) and mother in law What should I do?

Are you co-signing? If so, the number should be 3.

Yep, try adding 3 (including the sponsor there)

I could not link my husband's application to GCKey until I typed his name in all caps, as it was in the tracker. And also, IRCC changed his city of birth to Santo Domingo, RD (in the tracker), we had just put Santo Domingo in the application. It is very frustrating to finally get the combo right to link the application.

Did it work?
Nope, I cant get it to work at all no matter what I do. I cant link it, register for the application tracker or anything. The only thing that I can access is the PR portal, but that does not show anything except what we submitted.

We got the AOR, so I know that the application is being processed, but what is the consequence of not linking the application? Will we still get emails about the application but not be able to view the communications? Should we call them?

Which tracker are you referring to? Can you please post a link to it?

If it is this, I cant access this either

https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register

I have tried all different combos, case sensitive, putting middle name in the given name, last name and not at all. Not sure what to do at this point.

What UCI are you using because PA and sponsor have different UCI . Do you have a representative ?

My wife is the sponsor and I am the co-signer. but how can I tell my wifes UCI number? she has an old on from her old citizenship application. EDIT - I found her old UCI, but it doesnt work either.

so for these things, I would use my wifes UCI and all the rest is my mother in laws info?

The principal applicant has a UCI number that is just for her name . Try using your wifes name and first UCI number . UCI numbers never change they are tied to your name when you first deal with ircc

I tried my wifes info in https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register and it doesnt work either. Maybe the actual application isnt in the system yet? we got the AOR about 3 weeks ago...

EDIT - I just saw that the tracker probably wont work for parent sponsorship?

Right now, the tracker is only for these applications:

For other applications, find out how to check the status.

I do believe there is a tracker for that too . Can you link your account to the GCKEY ?
