Hello All,
The English language proof for Canadian citizenship states
•A diploma or certificate from a secondary or post-secondary school indicating successful graduation from a program conducted in French or English, either in
Canada or abroad.
Note: You must have successfully finished a secondary or post-secondary program in English or French. A single course done in English or French does not meet
the requirement. If the original document is in a language other than English or French then you must also include a letter from the academic institution
indicating that the language of instruction was in English or French along with an official translation of the original document.

I want to provide my Masters Degree from the US as proof for this requirement. The Degree Certificate and Transcripts are in English. Does it need to say anywhere the whole Masters Degree Program was conducted in English ?

Thanks

1, You should get a letter from the University stating that the language of instruction was English.

If you did any post grad study from US or Canada you just need to provide transcripts and a copy of your degree, no letter stating the 'medium of education as English' is required.

That is not what CIC says

"Proof of completion of a secondary or post-secondary program conducted in French or English, either in Canada or abroad, includes:

A diploma or transcripts from a secondary or post-secondary school indicating the successful completion of a program, in French or English, either in Canada or abroad. or
A diploma or certificate from a secondary or post-secondary school indicating successful graduation from a program conducted in French or English, either in Canada or abroad."

You are contradicting yourself, where does it says that a special letter saying that 'medium of education was english' is required, it's no where, if one has a degree or diploma from Canada and he gets a transcript by default it proves that the medium of language is english. Just a transcript will be fine !

In Canada...medium of instruction for all programs is either English or French...so with Canadian transcripts and degree ..it's understood in a way..
