Sorry to hear about your application being cancelled. Quick question, did you include your daughter's details under dependent and then answered that she would not be accompanying you?ssudarjothi said:

since i don't have any of these docs, I gave no for Kids and provided the details in an explanation letter. But looks like the moment they came across no Kid in my application but kid specified in my divorce judgement, they have cancelled the application, dint go till the end to see the details in my explanation letter.
Express Entry system should allow us to say 'YES" for Kids and submit the application without documents for kids(can make that as optional) at least for Divorced parents.
I understand your frustration, however, in saying no, you did open yourself to possible rejection for providing incorrect information. I would suggest that you send a CSE to CIC, fully explaining your situation as you have done here and ask that they review your file.ssudarjothi said:

In the meantime, I would suggest you do the following:
1. Create a new EE profile
2. Try to get at least your daughter's Valid (non-Expired) Identity documents;
And then enter that she would not be accompanying you.

I am CEC April applicant and filed all required ducuments on Apr 29th.
I received ITA withougt education points. I was not sure I could receive WES report before I got ITA, so I did not claim any points. I have received WES report 2 days before I submitted applications. At the time I submitted the application I entered WES No and I had to upload education documents even I did not claim the points. Wha I uploaded for education was only wes report and did not attach the original diploma. I missed to upload the diploma or certificate.
Do you think this is gonna be a problem? Do I have to upload the document even I did not claim the point?
CIC had requested to submit Celp report once, I already submitted. I was not asked to upload the original diploma.
I am so scared to get rejected.

I believe you don't have to worry about this because you did not claim any points on that front. But that section does clearly ask for educational degree/diploma which you haven't provided. Best course of action seems to be to get a CSE going wherein you can explain the situation (that you didn't claim any points for education) and also attach the diploma. Sending in a CSE will not affect your case negatively so there really is no harm in doing that.poohta said:

hey luck999, when did you got this info? Did you submit any proofs showing that you have applied for FBI?luck999 said:
no,its not like what you say. We cannot update in your profile anymore. You can either create a new EE profile and wait to get another ITA. or else if you hve the report handy now, open a Case specific Inquiry and attach your FBI.
