CANCELLED AS INCOMPLETE!!!!!CEC -EE, after two months of waiting...HELPPPPPPPPPP

Hi All,

The same unfortunate thing happened to me as well. may be it was my mistake but I think instead of cancelling the profile, we should be asked for missing documents.

Can anybody help me what to do the next ?

My situation was, I lived in France for more than 6 months but I did not submit the Police clearance of that country. I just submitted for India (Home Country). I thought if some documents are missing, I will be asked to submit but the application got directly cancelled as Incomplete.

Can anybody help, what could be the next steps to reopen the application. Do I need to do all the process again ? And I need to be again selected in Express Entry pool before submitting all documents ?

Also, I a currently living in Canada as Work Permit, so So I need to apply for Canada Police certificate as well ?

Any information much appreciated ?

No - that's not how it works. It's your obligation to submit a complete application or you can expect a refusal. If CIC allowed everyone to submit incomplete applications and then had to follow up to request everyone's missing information - processing times would be even longer than they are today since no one would bother to be that careful and would expect CIC to catch all of their mistakes. This is why the applicant is responsible for submitting a complete application and why incomplete applications are refused. I'm not sure why you failed to submit a PCC for France - it would have been quite obvious one was required.

You'll need to recreate your profile and wait to be selected again under Express Entry - and then submit everything again. Make sure you have a PCC for France this time. (No - a PCC for Canada is not required.)

Sorry to hear that bud, be prepared with you French PCC for next time. Was just wondering if it actually took two months for you to get the rejection letter after AOR.

to me it looks like that you tried to upload three PCC but it was uploaded only one. So make a single PDF of all PCC and uploaded it in CSE. you will get it. or take help from any consultancy (APEX education & immigrations Edmonton) they re-opended a closed case one of my frrined, just try in all aspects

missing police certificate.but i'm really sure that i uploaded all of them. look guys, i check the uploaded summary details it shows only one police certificate was uploaded but guess what i uploaded 3 police certificates and according to them i am missing 1 police certificate which means they receive 2. strange summary details showed only one doc.
im still waiting for them to get back to me either they reopen my application or not.so gguys while i am waiting would it be possible to create a profile for might be tonight's draw? do you think its not going to complicate my application?

I'm sorry to hear your rejection, it's really upset and desperate, trust me I know it.
One question here, did you merge all the police certificate into one PDF file and then upload, or did you uploaded them one by one?
You're supposed to put everything into one single file and then upload it up.

No unfortunately, just the WES... Yeah it seems like it needs to be both. I still cannot believe that cancelling our application was the appropriate action. I also checked the regualtions mentioned below by which we were cancelled and i cannot find where it talks about cancellations.
