Sorry, looks like I'm the dummy who wasn't understanding - you weren't asking about CRS scores (someone else was), you were asking about MEC, thanks for clarifying. Your one year of experience Canadian experience was met at the time of the ITA, but was older than 3 years at the time you submitted your eAPR for CEC class - do I understand correctly now?
I have been scouring the IRCC site and others for a ray of hope, but... I am not finding it. ITA is used as the lock-in date for age, but that's the only thing I can find. All other MEC - under current guidelines (released Nov 2016) - have to be met both at the time of the ITA and at the time the eAPR is received. I think it was different before those guidelines were issued, but unfortunately, that doesn't help you now.
When did you apply, how much of your experience "expired" before you submitted your eAPR?
