l have a question about immigration. I got an information from a friend that Canada just launched a visa lottery program similar to the US DV visa lottery to start in April 2017 or so. There is no Canadian visa lottery for PR.
What is there is a lotery for parents visa (unlike FIFO system in the past years).
There is also Working holiday lotery (but those are just. max. 1 year temporary visa and that one is country specific).
