canadian relationship -- doc requirement - saki plz help

i am collecting following doc to show proof of relationship and their proof of stay in canada.
my bro is canadian citizen so i will get following
1- citizenship card photo copy
2- canadian passport copy
3- house utility bill (electricity) copy.
they will send me scanned copy and i will get it printed.

do i need to get them notorized?
do i need to get any other doc?

1. No they don't require notarization.
2. You need more that just a utility bill, Income tax is best.
3. You need a copy of his birth certificate and your birth certificate.

Hi,

You dont need to notarized them but with these documents also get your brother rental agreement which shows he is currently residing in Canada and plus tax return document as well. And also you will need to show his birth certificate to prove your relationship.

I just got my letter asking for medicals from CIC.

I also have a brother who is a Canadian Citizen. I sent:

1. Birth Certificate.
2. Citizenship card.
3. Driver Licence. (It has the address where he currently lives).

That was all.

but the problem is my brother dont have birth certificate, thats why i want to show his passport copy.
yes incom tax and house paper (he has his own house) can be provided.
but do i need to write any cover letter to tell that i am giving his passport as relationship identification.
coz pass has my father name and my birth certificate has it as well.
is it enough or i have to write cover letter for this

I wondered if you can get a birth certificate in your home country for your brother?

is there any other way to show relationship. cant we use passport as identity as it contains fathers name as well.
