I will apply for passport application soon.I live at Montreal.

On the application form, there is a section called guarantor.
I don't know anyone who wants to give me his information.
This person should be Canadian citizen?

Yes, Guarantor should be a Canadian Citizen. Your friends or relatives or neighbor can be your guarantor. All the best.
