Canadian Passport - Mail-In Application Timelines

I had similar timeline to your application - first passport application from Canada for delivery to the US, credit card was changed on 11/12 and 11/15, application status updated to "We have received your application and are now processing it". on 11/21, application status says "we have printed and mailed it by Canada Post. However, there should be Fedex tracking number assigned to application for delivery to the US.
I wonder how your application status says thanks.

Mine is still under process. No change as of yet. Approaching the 20 business day max.

Below is status of my application since Nov 21. It is showing "mailing it to you by Canada Post" while I am living in the US.
Tried to contact Service Canada call center today and they said my passport has been printed it and pending by final package with Fedex envelope.

My credit card was charged $260 for application from US, wonder if your credit card was also charged $260 as well ?
