Why didn't you apply in person now that they are not asking for any proof of travel?

Mine was also delivered on March 4 and no Credit charged yet. The average is 21 calendar days, 16 working days.

Try your luck with Service Canada for walk-in. With Passport Canada you need a proof of travel.

This is the in-mail passport option where applicants submit their applications via mail. You have a better chance getting answers from people who sent their application in-person in the in-person thread.

I don't know but they say 20 business days for processing. I think you better call them.
