Hi all, I have my passport appointment today and I just want to check that this is what I need:
Signed completed application
Two photos, one signed by guarantor and one blank
Two pieces of ID
Original citizenship certificate
Copy of travel proof (tickets AND e-receipt)

Has anyone who applied at Service Canada (not Passport Canada!) this year received their passports yet? I've seen quite a few people saying they applied and got a 20-business-day delivery promise but I don't think I've seen a single resolution yet.

I have submitted one today in the morning. mail-out date is may 11 but service agent told me that it'll delay fore sure cause there's huge backlog.

Just to confirm - Express & Urgent processing is available only at Passport Canada & not at Service Canada? As no appointments are available in Mississauga Passport Canada offices.

Hi - Can someone provide me the link to the eservice request form please?

I've been trying: https://eservices.canada.ca/en/service/, but I get the below error (I don't see any selection options for passport).

The form could not be submitted for the following reasons:

• Please select at least one of the checkboxes under 'How can we help you?'

I have scheduled travel in less than 25 days, and there are no appointments at passport offices. Also not sure how to book one at Service Canada for in-person. Thanks for the help!

It takes 2 weeks for your application to reach passport canada from date of submission. then it waits in the queue and will be processed based on priority

Thank you, Queen! However I've already tried this link. I am looking for the request form where they call you back to book an appointment. This page take me to the nearest passport office options, which are all booked up.

How does one get them to call you?

I was told I will get my passport via mail on or before April 14th. I'm waiting to see if their committed date is true. My processing time is 1 month by the way...

I'm in the same boat. I was told that I'll get my passport by April 19th. I applied on March 11th in a Canada Services Centre.
