I assume you do not require urgent or express processing? I have a flight in 9 business days (was 15 business days when I first contacte dthem, but no reply).
Yeah, mine wasn't urgent or express

So I finally got a call aftet 6 days from Passport office against my request to book an appointment. They said that no date is available before 1st of May and to mail in my application. It seems that that they are asking everyone to mail in the request if they have no urgent travel. Any suggestions which office to go to which has the shortest line if I want to submit my application as a walk in request? I live in Mississauga
Hello friends, I'm looking to applying my passport by walking in St. Catherines and Kitchener office. Do you happen to know if they're open to walk-ins?
Thanks for your help!
Just received my passport in the mail! Applied last Friday with regular processing (10 business days), recieved it a week later today.
You can try Service Canada close to Kipling Go Station. That's where I went for walk-in. They didn't ask for any proof of travel.
Thanks. Can you advise what was the wait time and at what time you went there?
Anyone here has applied for urgent pick up, if so could you'll help me understand the process, so my questions are: can we walk in for urgent processing to the nearest service Canada or should it be by appointment only? next question might sound silly but I'm gonna ask anyway, can I try to book my appt even before I get my certificate? or just up to my own discretion?
Great! thank you for the response.there are 2 places for in person application. One is Service Canada where one can walk in but it doesn’t offer urgent service, the other is Passport Office of Service Canada, but you need appointment for it with a proof of travel need. There is no requirement for having certificate in hand at time of appointment AFAIK
