Canadian job offer supported by LMIA??

Hello Guys,

Currently I am BOWP and I applied PR under CEC class. I got my AOR but nothing after that. I am still waiting for an update from CIC.

But I got permanent job in one of the banks and I accepted the offer.

I have a question, what is Canadian job offer supported by LMIA. Is my job offer supported by LMIA.

If my case is rejected, can I apply under new EE program. What are my chances considering that I would be having a job in hand.

If you have an open work permit then the bank would not have needed to obtain an LMIA to hire you, so I would assume they don't have one.

If you apply through EE, even if you have a job offer, if it's not supported by an LMIA then you don't gain any advantage in terms of points.
