He has to place the Reference Letter covering above duties during his experience in his employment ...
Just get the letter on the Letter Head mentioning his duties matching at least 70% of above requirement. You have to mention those in bullet pointed ..., you will get all the information in the side what a Reference letter should carry ..
All the best

Change the consultant and re apply.
any flaw in the experience letter would face a rejection.
CIC is strict on that.

Nadia

The rejection was because of your consultant as he did check your papers
You people should reapply and this time don't use consultant and apply your self
this form can help with all information required for applying

Hello Nadia,

First, do not panic..some have received similar rejection letter & successfully applied once again.

Second, the reason was "improper evidence provided byt the employer". Did your hubby attach a reference/experience letter from this employer?
what was written in it?! was there any sort of job detailed duties??

Third, you do not need any consultant. It's a clear step-by-step procedure; just gather the required documents.

Refer to shadow1972's post, which contains details about "Restaurant and food service managers" job duties.
Check them against those of your hubby's.
Get a full detailed experience letter from his employer.

Let us know if you have any further concerns.
