hello everybody...just got a phone call from 00607098558424- from malasia, asking me where is the payment of us 750 dollars because they havent receive it and the time was 48h to make the payment via western union...... i had no gods to send him somewhere but i told him i will make the payment in 1 h time from now, which for sure i will....because i am waiting to arrive in canada in 1h time .people dont leave your self like the way i did ....check every email address you received......for scam or fraud.
thank you all that have open my eyes because yesterday i was almost ready to send the money thinking i will be able to offer my family a better life. Thank you all again.

Hi..I think its scam.. i was a victim 2 yrs ago :'( . As my experience i carefully searching any site which give you the true and not fake!..but how do i know if this canadavisa.com provide you a good and true service.

There is NO EASY WAY INTO CANADA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please, will people just realize that Canadian pavements are not paved with gold....that you will not become Mayor of Vancouver.....and it takes a bloody long time to get PR, no matter what class you apply for.

And agrees with PM....the written English in these emails are a huge red flag.....goodness if they scam people with such obvious mistakes, most folks have no chance against the real expert scammers.....

It is based on trust. You are using the forum hosted for by Campbell and Cohen (Immigration Lawyers). They were honest. When I was starting my "journey" to Canada, I took the site's free assessment and they said that I did not have the needed points (67) to qualify under any of the immigration routes. So that's it; they will not give you false hopes or ask for money if you don't qualify.

Thanks god i didnt send any money and all i lost was some time ove the internet. Was my mistake i didnt make research. But now maybe people can understand mny things.

Don't lose hope. There are pleny of good consultants and lawyers out there if you search them out. Follow a few key steps:

1. Don't believe any job offer that comes via email when you have not spoken to anyone or ever been interviewed. If it seems to good to be true, IT IS!
2. Check out any lawyer or consultant through their regulatory bodies. They MUST be registered with a provincial law society in Canada (for lawyers) or with the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (for consultants). If they are not registered, they are NOT legitimate.
3. Charging you money to find you a job in Canada is illegal. No more needs to be said about that. If you have a legitimate job offer then a lawyer or consultant CAN charge you money to prepare your work permit application but it is YOUR choice whether or not you hire them to do so. No employer can compel you to hire a representative.
4. Research any company that offers you a job. Google is a wonderful tool. If they don't have a legitimate Canadian address and telephone number, they are NOT real.
5. Don't believe anyone who says they can GUARANTEE you anything. There are NO guarantees in Canadian immigration. At most, a competent person will give you a likelihood of success. Ultimately, it all comes down to the visa officer to make the decision. I've seen plenty of good applications done by legitimate lawyers and consultants refused at the visa office where they've used the catch-all reason of "lack of significant ties" as the reason for refusal. These cases were not the fault of the lawyer or consultant. Sometimes you just get a NO.

I could go on and on. Trust your instincts. If it smell like fish, it probably is fish. Accept that this will NOT be easy and stop believing those who tell you what you want to hear rather than those who will give you an honest opinion to the best of their ability.

Dont loose hope..... i never did... i m still checking websites that post job offers...but many of them dont accept employees from outside Canada...as i m not in Canada or near by...i think that i m just westing time....it is quite difficult to get the visa for canada....and at this time i m collecting informations on how to complete my file in order to apply....as i am in Italy and Canadian Embassy is like 500 km away from me is again not easy to hav all the informations i need..... as i am a romanian citizen and i m italy also canadian embassy in buchaest not helping much over the phone...to not say about tht is really hard to get an answer by email frm them...since last days i m waiting a replay from them.

Ps ...anybody could help with all documents and papers requested to canadian embassy... i read many things like.... medical tests.....in my case...were do i get them from? as i said i m in italy but i m a romanian citizen.

Got an positive answer from David Cohel...after i done my assesment on line.
