Any business of the size they claim to be that uses free email addresses should not be trusted. To see if something is a free email, if it ends for example with canada-11.com, then go to to canada-11.com and check the website. When you do, you see that it is not an immigration company but a free email service. Delete all emails from such services. They are scammers. They are in no position to find you a job nor do they want to. They just want your money.

I think the OP is grasping at straws. He should look at the letter. The Area code is Manitoba, not Ottawa, There is no Canadian Immigration Authority. Look at the syntax, someone is having problems writing English sentences. There is no Canadian Home office, that is a UK Immigration desigination At least the address is a Federal Building.

For your information you are to print out the Official Service of Agreement and sign with your hand before it can accepted by the hotel management and Canadian Immigration Assessment Department, we hereby advice you to print out the Service of Agreement and sign before sending to Canadian Immigration Assessment Department for further processes.

2. canadavisa.com is good. That is the forum you are on right now. It is run by a real lawyer. Better business bureau gives this company a grade A-
