- So you got the Provincial Nomination Certificate in 8 months and you are applying through CIC now?
- Yes, that number of nominees per year is an issue. So if I submit my application this month, it won't be processed earlier than January 2014. So it's possible my case is completed as late as in 2015.

Opportunities Ontario has two processing targets:
. Complete employer application packages will be processed within 90 days, on a first-come-first-served basis.
