- Yes, that number of nominees per year is an issue. So if I submit my application this month, it won't be processed earlier than January 2014. So it's possible my case is completed as late as in 2015.

So based on this statement, I used the maximum length of 90 days. Of course it can take fewer days, but the same applies to the CEC stream. So it balances that out.Opportunities Ontario has two processing targets:
. Complete employer application packages will be processed within 90 days, on a first-come-first-served basis.
. Complete nominee application packages will be processed within 90 days, on a first-come-first-served basis.
