Thank you alexb for your input. Here are my thoughts:

- As quoted from the Opportunities Ontario-PNP websites:

Opportunities Ontario has two processing targets:

. Complete employer application packages will be processed within 90 days, on a first-come-first-served basis.
. Complete nominee application packages will be processed within 90 days, on a first-come-first-served basis.

So based on this statement, I used the maximum length of 90 days. Of course it can take fewer days, but the same applies to the CEC stream. So it balances that out.

- So you got the Provincial Nomination Certificate in 8 months and you are applying through CIC now?

- Yes, that number of nominees per year is an issue. So if I submit my application this month, it won't be processed earlier than January 2014. So it's possible my case is completed as late as in 2015.
