canadian companies that hire international engineers?

Asked this before but didnt get much responses.

Anyone can help with a few names of Canadian companies that hire international engineers? (provide work permit / LMIA)?

There isn't any list of specific companies that sponsor.
You can apply on various job boards or job bank, if they like you they might sponsor you. Process is long, expensive and time consuming that's why companies stay away from sponsoring especially LMIA.

This means nothing. Hires of high skilled employees are case by case based. The company which never hired from overseas before my decide to go with LMIA process if they found appropriate candidate. Other companies which hired overseas before may never do it again. I heard that some businesses are allowed to hire overseas in volume but these are usually low skilled jobs (such agriculture etc.)
