hello i have a question, I am a canadian citizen male 25 years old studying overseas and I want to marry my fiance who is 20 years old, after which I want to bring her over to Canada and go down to the US to finish my MA, what is the process...

what is the process to bring her to canada?
what is the quickest way to bring her in canada?
what applications to file?
and how long does it take to bring her in canada by normal immigration?
and when does she recive her PR card on marriage?
and can she visit to u.s on PR card by road, or by plane?
and how long can she stay in u.s on PR card?

Much appreciated for any help I can get.

1. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/spouse.asp
2. Probably spousal sponsorship
3. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/spouse-apply-how.asp
4. Depends where she's from
5. No - not on marriage. She receives her PR card once her PR application has been processed, she has been approved as a PR and she has landed in Canada as a new permanent resident.
6. If she needs a visa to visit the US now, then she will continue to need a visa to visit the US after she becomes a PR. This will only change once she becomes a Canadian citizen. It does not matter if she is traveling by road or plane - the rules are the same.
7. The PR card is not what determines this. The passport she holds and whether she needs a visa determines how long she can stay in the US.
