Hello .. My situation is as follows .. my boyfriend Pierre ( Canadian citizen ) and I (Venezuelan citizen ) want to get married and move together and live in Canada ( Quebec ) .. We were in a relationship 10 years ago when i went to visit him ( he lived in Vancouver BC back then ) but my visitors visa expired and I had to come back to Venezuela.. things cooled down and we drifted apart from each other ... 10 years went by and he contacted me again to say hello and see how life was.. we talked for a short time just to realize that we were still inlove with each other like the first time .. now we want to do things right and I move to Canada with him ... SOON !!!! We already wasted 10 years of being together 
and we are desperate and don't want a minute more away from each other ...
Questions:
Q1- Could we get a long distance marriage with power of attorney ? or some kind of marriage we could do from where we are currently ?? and work on my visa from here in Venezuela and get spousal sponsorship from him ??
Q2- Could we get a worker visa for me and when i arrive in Canada I already have a job and get married then change status on my visa to a permanent resident ?
Q3- Could we marry in the US ( neutral territory ) and he go back to Canada and i go back to Venezuela and then work on my visa from here ??
Q4- what would be the easiest way for us to marry and be together as soon as possible ?? we already wasted 10 years from being together and having a happy life .. what is the fastest way for us to be together legally ???
