Was it upfront or requested? Usually, when it is requested, it is a good sign. However, some people on this forum received medical request and still got their visa refused. No one really knows.

How about upfront medical if its passed in the IRCC system, any chances?

yes sis, goodluck. I just ask one of my friend in canada if we are ok to apply for PR once we arrived there , she said its ok to apply to new pathway even without 24 months exp as long as all the requirements and documents for new pathway is ready. ( eca and ielts ) ☺

There are quite a few programs but u need to find one suitable for u, check the IRCC site for more details. To start with you will have to have IELTS score and get ur education credentials assessed.
