I applied lmia work permit in oct 20..still no update

I applied for WP (including OWP for spouse and study permit for my kid) on 18th April 2021. It has been 27 weeks already and there is no status update till now. I sent the query through web form but got the same reply as other people received. If we check the processing times online, it shows as 12 weeks as of today. Not sure how this is being calculated, as I understand that there are lot of people waiting for update on their WP applications for considerable amount of time.

Hi all I applied the WP ( LMIA Closed WP) on Dec 2021 , biometrics given on Jan 2022. Processing time showing 19 weeks only but mine is almost 33 weeks from now. Any inputs ? Cheers , Thanks.
