Incase lawyer has filed the application , can an applicant also make a webform request ? or it has be done by lawyer only ? anybody has an experience with it ?
itzrb you can submit a webform by yourself or you can ask them ( your lawyer) to do it for you.

The Canadian Privacy Act prevents the release of personal information to unauthorized individuals, we cannot reply to case-specific enquiries without the signed authorization of the person to whom the file pertains.



Please contact us again using the e-mail address provided on your application or please submit a signed authorization from the applicant.

July 25, 2019- Review of eligibility start

August-April--no update

May 06, 2020- Received Medical Request

May 26, 2020- Medical Examination done in King College Hospital, Dubai

June 01, 2020- Emedical uploaded by the hospital

June 03, 2020- Medical passed

June 22, 2020- Comfirmation letter passed to VO Auh

June 25, 2020- Received additional documents

June 29, 2020- Biometric validity

I applied for reciprocal LMIA exempt. They will ABSOLUTELY NOT process your application unless you are in the essential business.

Thanks for your response. Have they process yours? I am somehow aware that it will not be process in 2 weeeks or so due to pandemic just hoping once processing starts again it will be under the priority processing as the waiting times in UAE is 39 weeks for regular processing.
