Canada Visitor visa from Dubai Sept

I applied for a visitor visa, I got "we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements" the same day after the biometrics. I have been waiting for almost a month and I am wondering if others are in the same situation as me and can share their experiences.

Applied 9th sep on new portal review started 7th oct . Valid usa visa 2 times canada visit .

I applied tourist visa for myself,wife and daughter on Sept 16

October 12 : review started for mine ( main applicant but wife and daughter review not started )

main applicant been to USA many times and one time canada

How long usually takes for decision?
