I applied on june 21st but why I did not receive the medical update?

I applied for my visa on 15th of June. Exactly three weeks after I got a mail to go for medicals. Two days after the medicals was done, the status of my medicals is now medical exams passed. Guys what are my chances .

Please, did you apply online or offline? You seem to have gotten a response quick. I’m from Ghana too
