I applied for a Canada Visa in 2014 for tourism but was refused with 5 year ban since I did not declare my USA visa refusal. Since then till 2017 I applied for tourism for 2 weeks to Australia, USA, New Zealand and France but all were refused again saying insufficient ties to my home country. Now I have 13 refusals from 2014 to 2017 from all these countries where I tried again and again and all were refused for tourism. During that time I did not have sufficient balance or properties under my name but married.
Now I have $70,000 in my bank savings account, 7 properties under my name, sole proprietorship business operating from 2014, income tax returns with an after tax income of 25 million per year, 5 company vehicles and 2 personal vehicles, countries travelled from 2014 to 2020 are Italy, Switzerland, China, Thailand, Oman, UAE, Malaysia, Singapore, Maldives, Indonesia, Mexico, Russia, Turkey and South Africa. All these visits were with my family for tourism for not more than 10 days.
Now I want to visit my sister in Canada. So I want to know whether any possibilities of my getting TRV visa getting approved. Or should I wait filing my application for another year.

You can apply but you must declare all your refusals. visa processing takes months and right now you also need written authorization to travel due to Covid. You need to show your travel is necessary.
