Unfortunately a lawyer cannot help you. As others have said, you must forget about Canada until the 5 year misrepresentation ban is completed.

Unfortunately even a short visit is not possible. Your wife will have to visit you.

Ok scylla thanks alot ur kind reply.but she cant visit now coz she already been twice now she also have to wait till she gets her citizenship..so we have to wait till jan 2021 exact next two years

Based on your first post, your agent received the Procedural Fairness letter in 2015 and you were banned in 2015. The ban will remain in effect until 2020 and not until 2021. It's a small consolation time-wise

Bryanna we applied in dec 2015 and we got letter end of dec and we send reply in jan 2016 and we got reply 20 jan 2016 i m welcome to reapply but after i findout i got 5 year ban on my record

In that case, you can reapply for PR after January 2021

Just so you don't get carried away by false assurances by people who have little/zero knowledge of immigration rules:
No the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) in India cannot help you to overcome the ban. It won't even consider your request.

Being granted a visa is a privilege and not a right!

Posting in Hindi/some other ethnic language won't help you. You cannot overturn the ban. Period.

And, you would want to check any advice you get in private messages/off this forum.... with a qualified lawyer before you end up in a messier situation than you already are in
