Canada TRV applied 20 July 202 till now no updates.

Hi,
I have applied TRV on 20july 2020 and Biometric done on 23 july 2020 in Dubai.
I applied through one visa service company but that company is permanently closed, and I do not have my username and password to check the status online,

what shall I do to get my username and password, many time asked through web form but no help received.
Please advise what shall I do to get my username and password.

I believe what you do is..

1. fill out the web form and attach the document requesting removing them from your representative.. (you must use the actual form,)
2. recreate an account. (gckey) from there you can link your application, you will need to know some basic details about your application to do so.
