canada travel on PR - proof of funds

I m planning to travel to canada for short term i.e 3 days(from USA by road) on PR,
is it ok to show bank statement(bank of america) for Proof of funds. I m going to tell the same to POE officer that this stay will be short period.
bank of america have branch in toronto.

What do you mean "on PR"?
If you are already a PR, you never need to show proof of funds, or say how long you intend to stay.
If you are coming to "land" as a PR, the length of stay is not relevant, but the proof is...
